About Me

Life Coach | NLP Master Practitioner | MSc Psychology

Dear Amazing Woman,

First of all, congratulations on taking a step towards creating your life outside of motherhood! Yes, there is one! As a mama, I know how crazy things can get and how easily you can become last on the priority list. I like to call motherhood fantastically exhausting! Because it is.

Sure, on the outside you seem to have things put together, but let's face it, you likely battle with believing in yourself. Your kids have become your greatest excuse for not following your dreams. Maybe you don't even know what your dreams are anymore. Yup, I've been there too! Plus, your negative self-talk gets in the way of reaching your full potential and, if you're like I was, you've probably stuffed those "pesky" emotions so deep you're not even sure what they mean anymore. It takes a lot of energy to keep up the facade.

People pleasing, perfectionism, needing approval, terrified of judgement and pretending to have it all together were my go-to crutches. I'm here to let you know there are easier and healthier ways to live. And as a mom, who doesn't want easier? It was only after having 5 miscarriages that I started to open my eyes. From there, I worked with several coaches to get to where I am today and my goal is to share everything I've learned with you.

It's about defining who you are now and who you want to be, while learning to connect with your true selfNo more comparison to someone's social media they-are-happier-than-me profiles, no more people pleasing and no more settling, Mama!

To support my clients on their personal development journey I mainly make use of my experience. But if you want the nitty gritty, I'm a certified Life Coach (certified by an organization accredited by the ICFInternational Coaching Federation), with a Master's in Psychology. I'm the host of the podcast Mama Needs More and I'm an NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Master Practitioner. I also have some other fancy certificates. If you’re interested, you can check them out below or you can read more about my story here.
